About 1st Kirton Scout Group
1st Kirton Scouts has Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from Kirton, the Trimleys, Felixstowe and surounding villages.
Scouting in Suffolk is split into 8 districts and 1st Kirton Scout Group are part of the Orwell District which covers Felixstowe, Kirton, Nacton and east Ipswich.
We meet at 1st Kirton Scout Hut next to St Mary and St Martin Church, Kirton, near Felixstowe.
Cubs meet on Monday, Beavers on Tuesday and Scouts on Wednesday.
The Osprey Explorers also meet at the scout hut on Tuesdays.
Scouting in the UK is the largest mixed volunteer-led Movement for young people in the UK.
Scouting exists to make young people’s lives better, helping them realise their full potential and take their place in society.
